WANTED: Long term rental (Now sorted)

I have managed a Ukrainian tenant for many years in Torrevieja, but the apartment he rents now has to be sold, so I'm trying to help him find another place to live, ideally somewhere around the Park of Nations area of Torrevieja, looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat as a long term rental.

In all the years I've collected rents, he has never ever failed to pay me, so I would gladly vouch for him.
