Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced, plus extra sliced to garnish
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 500g turkey mince
- 200g green beans, halved
- 4½ tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat. Stir-fry the onions, chilli, garlic and ginger for 1 - 2 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add the turkey and stir-fry for 6 - 8 minutes, breaking up any lumps, until brown and crisp.
3. Stir in the beans, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes until the beans are heated through.
4. Garnish with the extra spring onion and serve with lettuce leaves and rice or noodles, if liked.
