If served as eight portions provides 169 cals, 10g fat (of which 3g saturates), 1g sugar and 0.3g salt per portion.
Ingredients
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dill weed
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 8 tilapia fillets* (110g/4oz each)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup pitted Greek olives, sliced
*Cod, sole, hake or monkfish can be used as an alternative to tilapia.
Method
1. Preheat broiler. Mix first 7 ingredients.
2. Place tilapia on a 15in x 10in x 1in pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onion mixture down centre of fillets; top with cheese and olives.
3. Broil 3 - 4in from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6 - 9 minutes.
