Chinese Shop - Playa Flamenca (Coronavirus)

Just visited the Chinese shop just off of the N332 by Lidl's at Playa Flamenca, all staff now wearing face masks and rubber gloves when speaking and serving people. Apart from the owner of the shop, I think all the staff that interact with customers are from North Africa.

Sign up by the till says "We do not have coronavirus" and then has a few lines about the reasons for the protection and incubation period etc.

People might be happier if all Chinese walked round ringing a bell, shouting "Unclean...Unclean..!!."

I was really unsure what to make of it to be honest. I found seeing the staff in the shop wearing gloves and masks somewhat amusing because it is not the norm, but I suppose the reality is that it could become the norm for the forseeable future.

I visited another Chinese shop near Zenia Boulevard this afternoon, no masks just gloves being worn by the staff.

I called into the Chinese Bazaar at San Luis last night , to get a stand for my tablet.
The staff were wearing gloves , and also , they had erected a plastic see-through screen at the till.
Just a space at the bottom of it , to pass the money through, and receive change/receipt .

The one in los dolces was normal up to three days ago when i was there, no masks etc
The only thing i noticed different was that nobody chinese was serving , there is usually the owners wife on the till but each time recently i went in she was not there , but might just be a coincidence
I wonder how this is affecting the restaurants also ?
It is more worrying in certain parts as there are a much larger number of retirees of advanced age that are more vulnerable to it
The way it is going we will all be staying behind closed doors until its over

I believe that 4 restaurants are closed ( temporarily) .
Two of them have notices in their doors, saying they are closed for renovations.
