...Look doomed....cannot score...not creating anything and lost the last 2 home games to 2 of the worst pro teams i have ever seen...20,000 still turned up to support them,but they are becoming hopelessly adrift.

Playing the team above them tonight, Cadiz, so you would hope that they might get something from that match, although realistically there still seems a huge difference in ability between Elche at the bottom of the table and Cadiz second from bottom. Very tight between Cadiz and the next 7 above them, any 2 from that 8 could be doomed with Elche.

Very unusual for La Liga but only Barcelona and Real Sociedad, and perhaps Girona have had consistent performances to date.

Still over half the season to play but it would be a miracle if they survived, and if they stand any chance of staying up then away to Cadiz should have been a winnable game. They are where they deserve to be I'm afraid.

They played so well yesterday energy and effort...as well as a bit of luck for a change...still tons to do in the 2nd half of the season but lets enjoy the moment...they've been few and far between this season.
