Just look at the length of the street names!! I pity anyone having to write them on an envelope. Totally impractical. I hate the practice of naming streets after people. Why not use the names of trees or shrubs being as how it is next door to a nature park.

Found it abit strange that nine of the names have been waiting since 2014 to be allocated to a street, given that since 2014 there has been substantial amounts of new developments and roads constructed within Torrevieja.

I was trying to find the back story to the road accident victim María Garrigós de la Hoz, but very little information available other than she died after being hit on a pedestrian crossing on 12 September 2013, aged 61. She had moved from Valdepeñas to Torrevieja with her husband to enjoy retirement.
