Renewing TIE

#1

Post: # 51081Post Harrodene »

My current 5 year TIE residencia card runs out end of July and the company that our sorting it out for me has told me that the best thing to due now is apply for a appointment after my card expires so when they apply I can have a 10 year TIE card instead.

Has anybody else heard this?

TIA

I haven't heard of this but it's worth checking.

My TIE runs out in 2031 and I'm wondering why I got a ten year one and you didn't.

Yes, I got my green A4 residencia in 1999. It's only when I applied for a digital ID at the town hall in Torrevieja that they told me that they couldn't accept it.

I then went to the Orehuela town hall just up from Playa Flamenca who accepted it with no problem
