Two passes

There will be two passes of the same choreographic show, with a minimum duration of 15 minutes and an approximate separation between passes of an hour and a half in order to allow the maximum possible attendance.

The first screening will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the second around 8 p.m. depending on the technical conditions of the devices used in the exhibition.

In the first pass, it will be necessary to have a minimum of 18 pyrodrones, that is, aircraft that include two charges of cold fire without explosive, which produces a visual flare-like effect.

To carry out this type of show, the successful bidder must have the authorisations and qualifications of the State Aviation Safety Agency to carry out operations.

Justification

The technical justification of the contract indicates that the celebration of local festivities is traditionally linked to visual and light shows that are typical on dates close to Christmas. And with the technological advances in recent years in the field of unmanned aircraft, especially for recreational purposes, there is the possibility of coordinating "large-scale visual shows making use of these technologies".

The use of innovative technologies allows the city of Torrevieja to position itself as a benchmark in terms of innovation in the celebration of its festivities, which allows Torrevieja to differentiate itself from other municipalities, attracting more visitors on dates when the number of visitors has traditionally decreased, thus contributing to the deseasonalization of tourism. promoting a more stable economy throughout the year.
