I don't think they are making the signs B, from my understanding they are swapping the signs , how, i don't know as it would cost a lot in travel just to go to the uk, uproot some signs and travel to spain or france to put there then uproot the original ones and put in the UK but that is what it is saying in other news articles , maybe it is a long distance lorry driver, who knows ?
But then remember those metal monoliths that were appearing all over the world, somebody was making and planting these in various places, that must have been time consuming and expensive, and for what reason ?
