Ingredients
- 250ml pink gin
- 500ml tonic water
- 100g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 4cm cucumber, thinly sliced
Method
1. Pour the gin into a large jug, add the tonic water and mix well.
2. Divide the strawberries and cucumber between 150ml plastic cups or lolly moulds. Pour the gin and tonic mix evenly between the cups and lolly moulds.
3. Add the lolly sticks and freeze for 4 hours, or overnight, until solid. Remove from the plastic cups or lolly moulds. Serve immediately.
