yes, I've watched the video,GK, boring as it was, and conclude that the amateur detective's case hangs on the evidence of the cadaver dogs....and without that...nothing credible.
I question if the dogs can accurately perform after a 3 month delay, and certainly on Kate McCanns clothing and soft toy.

Prosecutors claim accuracy anyway of only between 20 and 70%. The dog handler himself stated that any findings may only be considered credible with accompanying forensic evidence.
Do you dispute that level of accuracy, and would you accept a trial verdict against yourself based on a cadaver dog after 3 months?

How can you believe UK police and government would go to such extreme investment of Scotland Yard manpower and expence if not to accept that they believe and support the story of the McCanns?

These two British doctors, clean living parents of three much loved and cherished children, may not , like so many of us, be able to aspire to the Saintly, Sanctimoneous and frankly, Sickening claim of righteousness of jamesB.....but then most of us have seen him, and seen through him, for the nasty BrandyBoy character that he really is.

I haven't got the time to criticise Jumbo, but again, as you "old forum timers" know, he is also as unpleasant as they come...and you should know that better than anyone, GK..

I have just watched all the videos and have learned things i never knew before
Especially about the blood found under the tiles the forensics dug up in the living room which almost matched with madeleines
The only reason there was not a full 17 peak DNA match was because the blood was contaminated with chlorine someone had used to clean it with and they could only match 15 peaks
This is acceptable as a match in most countries but not portugal where a 17 peak is required and thats why the Mcanns were not charged
Couple this with the sniffer dogs evidence and their reluctance to answer questions and take a lie detector test etc etc and it makes compelling evidence against them, only a family member or friend would defend them after watching this
I am not here to gang up on anyone, i form my own opinions from what i see and hear and i am afraid the whole thing stinks

your opinion is valid, Jimny1...and like mine is just an opinion...

We live by the Law..and innocent until proven guilty...people are in position and have a duty to ensure the Law is obeyed.

The McCanns have not been charged with anything, in Portugal, or the UK...perhaps we should let a couple of dogs decide the truth?.......I think not....
Am I just old fashioned...maybe dogs and parrots should decide guilt....?

But just one extra point i learned from the video, as long as the investigation proceeds and does not lapse, ie new or previous suspects continue to be investigated the mcanns cannot be, hence the reason they have not been charged, its all to do with loopholes and matters of law
If the investigation ends then this could happen, thats why year after year further new suspects and evidence needs to be found
I am not convinced the german is the kidnapper and killer in this case, otherwise he would not have been discounted in 2008
As was said in the video this may drag on for years to come and will become a historic mystery as jack the ripper, unless laws are changed and further forensic evidence is proffered

But , like yourself - the tiles being dug up , was something I didn't know either .
It was good of JamesB to put these videos on here .
I have watched many In the past, but had not seen these particular ones .
And , as you rightly pointed out - as long as this investigation drags out..the McCann's are untouchable
And Francisco ..it's not just the matter of the Dogs, but expert profilers and body language specialists , think the McCann's are as guilty as hell.
I remember reading about the percentage of the British public who think the McCann's are guilty .
Although, offhand , I can't recall the figure - but it was very high.
Maybe JamesB might be able to throw light on that ?.

But there's a lot of damning information out there about the McCann which covers the whole gamut of these slimey devious pair and all of it can be verified online or police records.

McCann apologists will never bother with learning the truth because they don't want to learn the truth.

Over the years in discussing the McCanns case I find that instead offering alternative credible scenarios as to what may have happened they try to discredit the poster of any comments criticising the McCanns.

And in fact, like in this forum, they really have no interest in the McCanns at all, but they can't keep their nose out of a debate.

But they never have anything constructive to say because they have no knowledge whatsoever as to what the debate is all about, so they resort to what they normally do. Insult people.

I was going to say that figure , but I didn't want to be pulled up by the cynics, if I was slightly out .
But , you're right . Every 80 out of a hundred people think they are guilty .
