Great to get it sorted at last to your satisfaction and thanks for letting us know. Bad customer service tho. It's the downfall of a lot of companies. People will vote with their feet so who loses in the end.

I would not even consider opening a bank account with Sabadell let alone take out insurance with them.
They have robbed me in charges since they took over from CAM.
Thankfully I had great pleasure telling them where to stick their account last April, they even charged me for that.... €25.
I no longer have a Spanish bank account as under SEPA I can do all from Ireland.
