I think it's becoming a little bit clearer that ex pat residents will retain health benefits etc after Brexit, but what about non resident home owners?
I don't see anything in the press etc so assume that we will be reverting to non eu status, like Russians, Americans, etc. i.e. no ehic health cards, temporary sips etc?
My main concern would be things like inheritance tax rates as they were far higher for non res than they were for residents before the EU forced Spain to treat non resident home owners the same - so I assume it will go back to the old, higher, rates?
Has anybody seen/read anything?

I have a friend who owns a hairdressers, I think most people who go there are British and most who work there are British. Inland areas see Spanish people only using Spanish businesses but of course if you employ Spanish and give your business a Spanish name you might attract Spanish. Not always as easy as you might think to attract all nationalities as many like different things from food to haircut styles. I am towards the middle of Brexit but the UK can't really cope with too many more people, it's a small Island. Rapidly overpopulate any country and people will notice, can be of any colour and nationality. If the EU had been a bit more flexible and understanding we would still be in the EU. What happens when a country becomes too popular in the EU, they don't have any plans for that do they. Things change rapidly but the EU don't, change with the times to grow.
