I forgot to mention the evidence from the body language experts
Funnily enough i was watching the first of a 3 part documentary last night about Peter Falconio , who was shot dead in the Australian outback while travelling from the UK with girlfriend Joanne Lees
I dont know the outcome yet but it has testimonies from body language experts that say she was lying about the way she was tied up amongst other falseties , and to cut a long story short was found to be having an affair with someone just before and after her boyfriend was killed
The experts are highly trained and ex FBI and CIA , these people know their stuff

Especially , the video where Richard D Hall interviews and plays the McCann's t.v. interviews to ex C.I.A. profiler Peter Hyett.

So did I Jimmy, but having got sick and tired of talking about them and seeing their miserable faces on the media every time the Keystone Cops ' found' another suspect or discovered a ' positive' lead , I just ignored them, but what with this new ' positive' suspect the media, as usual, went absolutely bererk. Although this new suspect seems to have disappeared off of the news, which I said would happen.

But I was suprised at the new things about them and it's all down to the calibre of the investigators.

"Taking into account all that was presented in the minutes, it results that :
A) The minor Madeleine McCann died in apartment 5A of the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz in the evening of May 3, 2007 ;
B) A simulation of abduction took place ;
C) In order to make possible the death of the minor before 22h, a story about checking on the McCann children, as they slept, was invented ;
D) Kate and Gerald McCann are involved in the concealment of the body of their daughter Madeleine McCann ;
E) On this date it seems there is no solid evidence that the death of the minor was not due to a tragic accident;
F) Given what has been confirmed so far, everything indicates that the McCann couple, as self-defence, does not want to deliver immediately and voluntarily the body, existing a high probability that the same was removed from the place where it was originally disposed of. This situation is likely to raise questions about the circumstances in which occurred the death of the minor.
Thus we suggest that autos be delivered to the prosecutor of Lagos aiming :
G) A possible new interrogation of assisted witnesses Kate McCann and Gerald McCann ;
H) Evaluate the adequate measure of constraint to be applied in the case (page 2601).

Since reading and watching many of JamesB informative links previously and my own reading of the situation I have always stated that I believe that this couple were involved.

The police didnt delete photos from Gerrys camera

The tapas group lied. More than one claimed to have taken the photo with the tennis balls.

Kate lied about the room amongst many other lies. Even contradicts herself in her own book.

I've never read the book, .. but here's more of the same and apparently the book is littered with graphic references to paedophilia and Madeline's 'perfect little body ' .. a book she said, that she wrote for the twins. !!!
