No, "our" experts must go immediately to the Authorities, present their evidence, and secure the prosecution of the McCanns!!

But if you take all the evidence that is known and analyse it, its enough to form a very strong opinion
My own opinion is that a tragic accident happened, and in a moment of madness her body was taken from the apartment and disposed of
Other opinions is it is the german that killed her
I honestly wish the lie detector test was compulsory as it is said to be 98% accurate, at least it would be an indication of possible innocence or guilt
Even a sodium pentothol injection would give an end to the saga
Then both the mccanns and the german could be given it and things could proceed from there, , but again the law does not allow
And nobody will take it voluntarily, even though it could vindicate them
The mccanns seem to be blessed, with friends in high places,and with the misuse of funds coupled with their reluctance to co operate and cold facade i think this is why some people mistrust them , the evidence is the icing on the cake so to speak

The UK lot don't shine very well out of this either. There was somewhere in the region of 12 different police forces/departments and government ministries all having a turf war. So instead of having to liaison with one department/person, they had to liaison with a dozen of them.

Now, in today's Mail on Sunday, it is revealed that German and British police have identified Brueckners mobile phone was near to the apartment on the fateful day.
A call was received that lasted nearly half an hour...about an hour before the alleged abduction.
Now I ask you...if Maddie suffered some kind of accident, and was in the presence of, or discovered by her parents, in some bloody state, would they, two doctors, decide " right, the best thing to do is clean up, hide the body, and call the police to say she has been abducted!"
Consider this instead,... a paedophile burglar, enters the unlocked apartment, is disturbed by Maddie, strikes her down with a blunt instrument and then has to think fast, because it's all gone wrong...

Stuff her body in a closet. Go to the kitchen sink get some bleach or cleaning product.Wipe up the blood from the tiles, get Maddies body from the closet, wrap her in your coat, wipe round the closet and then get out with the body ,...fast.
The burglary did not go as planned, but little trace left at the scene....Dispose of the body later.

OK, so sniffer dogs may later alert to the floor area and the closet,and yes some blood may have seeped through the the tile grout,but on the whole, no body, no missing valuables, no signs of forced entry..
No witnesse, and the other kids on Calpol slept through......should get away with it...maybe they will blame the parents!

OK doesn't explain the hire car alert...but maybe the dog got that wrong, or perhaps somebody using the car, had bought a chicken for dinner and put it in the boot?

A couple of days ago they had evidence she was dead.

Francisco ... the cavadar dog doesn't make mistakes , and part of their training , is to distinguish between meat ( especially rotten ) and a dead body .
Earlier on this thread, JamesB posted a fascinating video , where 3 Doberman cadaver dogs ( in America), found a missing body , that was buried 10 feet down and covered with bags of household rubbish , including meat.
