The N332 have an informative post on FB if it helps.
Me I'm going to apply for a French crite aire certificate for the car, already have one for the camper, that will cover us for Spain as well. I love a tussle with a French web page - not!

What I cant seem to find out is, what do they mean. My car will have a B class sticker, although until I get back to Spain in January I wont be able to get one. But what does that mean when driving into a clean air zone?

I presume kingyo it will be signposted with signs saying what colour can enter. A bit on the link below
Also Stowie39 and Gail it appears from this link that the French or German sticker will suffice for Spain.

There is an image from Barcelona of what the ZBE signs - zona de baja emisiones- will look like in this article. The article also states that no town with a population over 50,000 in Alicante Province is ready to introduce the requirement yet.

Apparently, the stickers are available nationally, for any new BZE zone. Any large town council in Spain might decide to implement one, but it will then take many months of consultation, review, implementation of signage, etc. I don't think we will need to worry for a while.

They have got until the end of 2023 apparently, so yes, no need to worry just yet .
But that didn't stop the usual scaremongering and panic before the end of the year. !!
