Face masks current regulations
Re: Face masks current regulations
Good to hear from you Stowie39 and that all is going well. Yes Alex is not making for nice weather in the north of Spain. Rain and gales forecast. You didn't say what route you are taking from Bordeaux.

We are currently being battered by Storm Alex in the Seignosse area just short of the Spanish border, we will be crossing into Spain today and down through San Sebastian , Pamplona, Terual and onto Torrevieja. Heading for an Olive Farm tonight which offers overnighting for motor homes. Should be interesting.Bee wrote: 02 Oct 2020 22:13 Good to hear from you Stowie39 and that all is going well. You will be getting the full firce of Alex so from the Bay of Biscay. You are lucky to be out on the road so rather than being tossed around on the sea on a ferry. Waiting to hear how the Olive Farm goes. Would love to hear your stopover places since you started and what they were like so far for basic services. Meanwhile safe driving today and mind yourselves.

Re: Face masks current regulations
Hi, was a member on old forum going back to 2002.
Found my way back to new Forum.
Thinking of coming out to our apartment in Torrevieja haven’t been for twelve months - enquiring to get a feel for what life is like at the moment, Ie Face Masks to be worn everywhere? restaurants / cafes open? are there many people about?
Any updates would be appreciated.

Re: Face masks current regulations
We arrived Tuesday and yes it is quieter than usual, but to.me feels very safe. Facemasks worn by everyone into shops and going into cafes, and the majority of people using them when walking.
Haven't been in to Torrevieja yet but around us in Pinta Prima there seems to be a good few bars and restaurants open. The places we have used for coffee or a drink have been very thorough in their precautions.
Weather is lovely!
