how to acess desktop etc from another computer

Hi all, Can anyone tell me how to access files from my desktop. my favourites etc, from another computer, i.e. in a library ?
I have windows 10 and email is outlook.

You can use Dropbox or another file share program. Once installed and signed in both machine anything in the Dropbox folders sre accessble on both.

You can also sync your smartphone to your PC or laptop
In the program list on left side of start page when you click the Start Icon
there is a list of programs look for Your Phone or just type it in the search bar

you most likely need to use a program like Teamviewer, Splashtop, etc to access the desktop itself.
