New cat part 2
I didn't get the last kitten in December as the person wanted full pay before collection and before even seeing it or knowing their address, not just the £150 deposit I sent, the email I received along with instructions was very strange. In the end I decided to go with a Siamese kitten. The one I got does not look as good as the British short hair but wow, what nice intelligent cats Siamese are, so fun, sit on your lap, demand some attention. They are not a cat to be left on their own all day but they are a lot more interactive than the British short hair.

He is a lot of fun. I have had a few different breeds but this is the most intelligent. I once had a white chinchilla cat, blue eyes, that was calm. I used to live in central London, took him to the park in a bag, let him out of the bag on a lead, put him in the car and he would hop up on the back parcel shelf, I used to treat him a bit like a dog. I was only in my 20's then.

Loving looking cat Retire1day, although I have to say my first close experience with a cat was a Siamese and it was not positive. When I was a kid my younger cousins had a Siamese - I am not sure why but it was vicious from the first day they had it. My first time of meeting it it sprang on to my head and dug its claws drawing blood and had to be forceably pulled off, and it could only ever go outside in public on a lead because of its aggression.
Thankfully I have come into contact with Siamese cats since so I know their true temperament does not reflect my first experience.

My grumpy BSH is not getting on with the Siamese. The BSH likes to be left alone and this kitten wants to jump all over him and does not seem to give up. The Siamese only has to go near him and the BSH slaps him with his paw, hisses and growls..
I had the Siamese neutered yesterday. We call him Norman, BSH is Eric.

I have been in Spain for 2 weeks now, I am missing the cats, I don't put them in a cattery.
