Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 4 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled, chopped into wedges
- 4 apples, cored and sliced into wedges
- 6 fresh thyme spigs
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C/Gas Mark 8.
2. In a large roasting tin, toss the sausages, potatoes and apple wedges in a little oil and season with salt and black pepper. Make sure everything is coated and well spaced.
3. Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, adding the thyme sprigs after the first 20 minutes and turning everything over at the same time.
4. When the sausages, potatoes and apples are golden and caramelised, remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey. Serve straightaway.
