Tiles

We have these tiles in our apartment 1 or 2 have lifted in the doorway to one of the bedrooms, making the door stick on opening, I know I have heard about tile graveyard's but can anyone let me know where they are or where we may get them otherwise the apartment is in Entre Naranjos and has been built 17 years so we know the chance of them being in stock anywhere but a graveyard is slim. They 47 x 47 cms
