Local media now confirmed parade is cancelled due to weather, entertainment in bars and restaurants to go ahead as planned.

I understand that next Saturday there is to be an international parade instead

I remember something being mentioned a few weeks after the St. Patrick's Day parade was cancelled but had heard nothing since, and assumed that the talk had come to nothing.

Googling this morning I have found a poster for it online and uploaded it under a separate thread, although there seems to be a general lack of information about what the parade will actually consist and no mention of the event in the media for over a month.

I would be very surprised if it is not mentioned in The Leader today!
