Not being familiar with the website perhaps I am looking in the wrong place, or it has been removed if it was ever available in the first place, but is it possible to look up prescription history using a desktop device ?

Been asked by a neighbour if I could offer them assistance, but I have seemingly got as far as they did and now need to ask for assistance too. They believe they could access their prescription information on desktop previously.

Maybe its available on the App ?

I don“t know about the website but the app is very good. Part of the set up of the app is to use your phone to scan the back of your SIP

definitely available on the app. Can see everything about your prescription....date dispensed, date prescription ends, drug side effects etc. But... if your friends ask the pharmacist they can also tell them all this information through their SIP card.

Thank you for that Toddy - I will check out the app.

The neighbour apparently is normally given a paper receipt/printout when they collect their prescription, but was not on the last occasion and by their own admission had a confusing conversation with the pharmacist so left unsure as to when to collect their next lot of tablets.

Thank you for all the replies. App was more user friendly than the website.

It would appear from the neighbours prescription history on the app, that perhaps the message the pharmacist was trying to convey was that the prescription had now ended and that it needs to be renewed via the Dr.
