It does seem strange that a generous tender of €473k for a small prefabricated building received no interest. The only thing that crossed my mind was the installation of the structure on an internal patio might have been too problematic and not worth the hassle for the money - I am thinking of perhaps the prefabricated sections or ready assembled building being lifted into the internal patio between the hospital wings.

Never understood why house prices in Quesada are so high.

Just had a quick Google, Idealista published an article back in 2021 reporting that basic and functional prefabricated homes were around €1,000 euro per square metre (figure from Spanish prefabrication building firm Atlántida Homes).

So a 2 bed new house of 150 sqm costs 150,000 euros to build ,the builder wants 30% commission ,the developer wants 40% commission the agents that sell it want around 20% commission. I was once offered 30% commission plus a brand mew Citreon c6 if I sold a small developement . I sold 5 out of 23 properties that was a long time ago builder went bust and I am still waiting for my cash .

Why is the commission so high for agents on new builds ?
