It really is a horrible crime. Most old people will have scrimped and saved to put the price of their funeral by and these lowlifes gain their trust and then swindle them out of every penny. I unfortunately have first hand experience of it as it happened to my own mother from a carer who was a neighbour and "friend" of many years.
