Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of mixed crisp green salad leaves, plus extra leaves to garnish (optional)
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped into chunks
- 1 medium pear, cored and chopped into chunks
- ½ medium cucumber, chopped into chunks
- 250ml coconut water, chilled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 slices of lemon, to garnish (optional)
Method
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, apart from the optional items. Blend until smooth
2. Divide between 2 glasses. Garnish with the extra green leaves and lemon slices, if liked.
