Ingredients
- 8 small tortilla wraps
- 200g pot soured cream and chive or onion and garlic dip
- 2 x 145g cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 400g mixed cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 150g feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp mixed dried herbs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Small handful of fresh basil leaves
Method
1. Spread the tortillas with 1 - 2 tbsp of the dip. Top with the tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion and feta.
2. Whisk the oil, vinegar and dried herbs together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the pizzas. Garnish with the fresh basil leaves and serve with any remaining dip.
