Hi yes we know it’s the pandemic problem but hopefully things will return to some kind of normality soon , we are thinking of purchasing 2 properties for the letting on short term for holiday visitors. Yes we know tax will be paid and the Spanish government tax you but we want to do it properly not underhanded so we thought we seek some welcome advice.

We are thinking of near la marques golf.
Guardamar
Cuidad quesada.
Rojales.

We did think of Torrevieja but. Unsure.

So we welcome your advice. And we have seen 2. Potential properties. We have got one already and we would like also to no who is best to promote them a estate agency. Or air bb. Or booking com. We also like to capture the Dutch market and German. And more.
