Maybe the whole Region will be in Phase 1 by the week-end according to today's paper. In that case free movement across the region would then be allowed. Anything would be good at this stage for people in the "border" areas.

That will be very good news Bee if the whole Region will be in Phase 1 by the weekend, as previously the Director of the Co-ordination Centre for Health Alerts and Emergencies had stated that Regions would only be reassessed every 2 weeks.

According to this article Generalitat Valenciana have to submit their request today for the remaining 14 health areas to progress to Phase 1, with the decision due to be made next Monday.

Interesting that even though Puig wants these 14 health areas to enter Phase 1 he still wants to impose 2 restrictions on them, meaning we still have differing levels of restrictions across the 24 health areas within the same phase in the region.
