Essex Police have announced they have eliminated ALL Braintree District Council workers from their enquiries, relating to the painting of roundabouts in the district after coming to the inevitable conclusion that nobody employed by the local authority could possibly complete the work so promptly, efficiently & without closing several roads in the area.
