A strange man crosses the Mexican border regularly every single day while only riding a bicycle. Every time he does, he carries two bags full of sand with him.

The customs officers check the bag, only to find only sand every single time. They suspect that he is smuggling something but to their frustration, they can never find any proof, so he always gets away with it.

What is he hiding ?

This clever fellow is in fact smuggling bicycles. He distracts the customs officers with the simple bags of sand in order to divert their attention off of the different bikes he rides every day.
