Looking for help please
I have had an Embargo put on my Bank account by the Agenci Tributaria but I have no idea why it is for 120 euros , can anyone tell me where I would find out I have had no communication from anywhere

Your bank should be able to tell you what the Agencia Tributaria embargo is for. I thought the banks normally send a notification of the embargo on an account out to their customer as well.

If you have a digital certificate or Cl@ve you should also be able to access details of the embargo on the Agencia Tributaria website https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es/Sede/inicio.html

Bank say they do not know what it is and I have a digital cert but can not find it
The bank did send notification but no reason for it

Yes it was for a speeding fine from october 2024 camera was the new one on the CV905 out of Torrevieja opposite Mercadona
when I DGT in Elche I complained that I had not received a letter by mail and they just said they had posted one but must have went to wrong address I told them that I had notified them of new address in person in the same office ,I still had to pay also when they looked on the computer they found another ticket from a camera outside of Guardamar that I knew nothing about so that cost me another 100 euros
The Tax office in Elche had same problem they had my old address even though I had notified them of change of address

Ouch!
Basically you got walloped because of a fault with their system.

Yes they got 220 e of my cash and having had no notification of the fact I had exceeded the speed limit I had no opportunity to challenge under the percentage deduction
