With the exception of Mercadona which traditionally does not open on religious holidays or Sundays, I believe all the other large supermarkets will probably be open over Easter on the coast, including on Sundays. The coast gets dispensation being a tourist area to open 3 Sundays over Easter, with the middle of the three being Palm Sunday.
