We are currently with Iberola and last visit they put me on a supposedly cheaper tariff, however an additional 12 euros for additional services sneaked in meaning I'm currently paying around 12- 15 a month more when the property is empty - power is left on to keep WiFi and cameras active.

Looking at moving to Octopus if a discussion with Iberola doesn't work. just wondering if anyone has any thoughts/suggestions

Tell Iberdrola to cancel the services you do not want and ask them for a quote on the Staple tariff
You need to go into an Iberdrola office/shop not the people who have stalls in supermarkets as they are on commission
