A man lives on the 100th floor of an apartment building. When it rains, he takes the lift all the way up. But when it's sunny, he only takes the lift halfway and walks the rest of the way up using the stairs.

The man is short and can only reach the button for the 50th floor on the elevator. On rainy days, he uses his umbrella handle.
