Sounds an awful amount of money, but the plan runs until 2048 !

These sort of long term investment plans are always double edged, on the one hand you have the long term investment commitment but on the other 2048 is 28 years away and there will no doubt be issues arising in that period of time that cannot be anticipated and are therefore outside of the investment plan so are not costed, and for which funding will need to found as and when they arise.
