British Paedophile arrested in Rojales on European Arrest Warrant

This horrible creature wanted by the UK Police was arrested in Rojales. I am presuming he is Welsh as he was before the Welsh Courts. He is 60 years old and had a European Arrest Warrant on his head.

Is that as a consequence of the Brexit Agreement ? Worrying isn't it. I presume the Spanish Police could now just extradite the person back to their own country for being in the country illegally from 1st January. They would have to have some kind of tip-off first I suppose that an undesirable criminal is in the area in order to start proceedings.
