Mobile companies bring back roaming charges outside the UK

EE has just announced they are bringing back roaming charges for new customers
Does that mean existing customers are exempt ?
I cannot see it myself , and as i am with EE on pay as you go , i only kept my number to receive calls mainly from the UK , i can see myself having to give it up up after having it for more than 20 years

But the article is saying they are all expected to follow suit now once one company makes the move
Theres too much money to be made by the greedy mobile companies to not bringing back the charges

There's no change to Go Roam in EU countries as a result of Brexit, so when you travel you can use your usual allowances like you would at home.
