Does any Spanish TV channel broadcast English Premier League games. I know Bein broadcast football. Do Bein offer a subscription, if so, how do I get one?

What's a "hooky android box" and where can one get one?

It is referred to as a TV set top box but an Amazon Firestick is better ( imho.)
I can supply one fully set up
