Replacement Torrevieja Bus pass

My husband has broken his bus pass and it now won't work.
Is the bus pass office still at the front / as you walk into the market behind the fountain in Torrevieja centre? We are hoping they will issue him with an automatic replacement but suspect he may have to reapply from scratch. Any knowledge and information re the process appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The bus pass office (Oficina de Transporte Publica) is still in the La Plasa building, Calle Azorin- where the market is behind the Fountain as you say. It is open 8.30 to 1.30. If you need an appointment you can do it at the same office.
