Our address is CALLE TALIA , this year there were possibly 5 big camper-vans parked at the end of the road beside the waste land. It didn’t affect us but the same can’t be said for the residents at that end. There’s an enormous scrub land area beyond which would be an ideal parking area if permitted. Coming up from the Avenue de Valencia, you can see at the roundabout where there must have been plans to bring a road up it but we’re abandoned. I’m told the land is owned by many different developers but there’s absolutely no sign of any immediate building plans.
I watched a couple on A NEW LIFE IN THE SUN building tennis courts on scrubland somewhere in Spain. Wouldn’t that be quite the addition!! Anything would be better than dead wasteland used by dog walkers who don’t always pick up their doggies doings.

Mar Azul site owner given closure notice today for failing to comply with licence:

Interesting timing being the Easter weekend to issue the notice, although you could possibly assume other reasons why it has taken place at this time with so many 2nd home owners back for the holidays.
