I think you mean your Freesat receiver, if you have a proper Freesat receiver it will have Freesat somewhere on the case
Just rescan the channels and it should detect the new HD channels for BBC

It says HD on the freesat receiver and have rescanned, but only channel 4HD and channel 5 HD but no BBC HD channels so may need a newer box as box 8-10 years old.

I use a Humax Freesat receiver, about 10 years old

For BBC1 there is a range of channels from 951 to 966 depending on which local area you want. I use channel 959 for BBC1 South. Channel 101 does not work for me.
BBC2 channels 102 or 180.
BBC3 channels 107 or 179
BBC4 channels 108 or 174 channel 108 does not always work

I can't get a lot of the HD channels to work either, they are there but no signal strength. The question I have does my dish need adjusting (1.8m) or is it a question of not being able to get a signal for a lot of the new channels?

You could do with installing a new HD transponder I did and now have a massive choice of HD channels

Freddo..in my upstairs bedroom my IPTV keeps saying "home screen not available"...however Netflix and Prime work perfectly....so i know the tv is connected wirelessly to the internet.
