Eden Roc building works gets approval from Costas

Costas has finally given approval for the Eden Roc development but the developer will have to demolish the unautherised buildings to the side of the building. The developers were looking for permissoon for a swimming pool but it doesn't say whether they got permission.

"The works to recover the Eden Roc building in Torrevieja as a hotel will be able to continue after several months of being halted. The local governing board has given the green light to the request for major works by the French company ESI, which bought it in 2019 and began in October 2021 the cleaning and consolidation work on the structure of the
building with the aim of recovering it for hotel use within a period of a year and a half and with a planned investment of 1.5 million euros.
The aim of the French firm is to open a family hotel with 30 rooms with unbeatable views of the coves . Depending on the facilities that the accommodation finally has, it will be 3 or 4 stars"
