Coffee machine repair

Good afternoon all,
I’m looking for someone to repair my bean to cup coffee machine. It’s decided it’s not going to play ball and it only half works, which is obviously not desirable.

It’s a Siemens so if anyone has any suggestions they would be gratefully received

Is it new or a few years old? I would ask in one of the coffee shops if they have somebody who services their machines. The make shouldn't make a difference.

Thanks for the reply. It’s about 18 months old and it was purchased in the UK from Curry’s. Although we bought an extended warranty it’s no use here
