A man arrives in a small town and is in desperate need of a haircut. Since he is in such a small town, they only have two barbers across the street from each other. He has to decide between the two by guessing who would give a better cut.

The first barber has a unique shop that is clean and tidy. His hair is also done very nicely as well. The second barber has a chaotic, messy shop and a terrible haircut. The first shop also charges a reasonable price, while the second shop has the audacity to be slightly more expensive.

What shop should he choose and why ?
