2nd hand car anagrama
My friend is trying to buy a second hand car here in Spain and went to the bank to try and pay the tasa but got totally confused as he needs the ' anagrama' . He anybody got a idea what that is ?

Tasa is the valuation of the vehicle and can be obtained from the DGT office in Elche but will need to make an appointment unless over 65 years of age

I looked at the Modelo 620 and it only asks for your NIE/NIF. You pay at a collaborating Bank with AET. The Banks they say are
Participating Entities: Banks such as Caixabank, BBVA, Santander, and Sabadell, among others, are usually participating entities, although this may vary depending on the autonomous community.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made in cash or by direct debit from your bank account.
