Car washes and swimming pool filling could be banned in the UK

So the water companies in the UK are considering banning car washes and filling swimming pools in the UK because of the drought
This is the UK not Spain we are talking about, an island completely surrounded by water and compared to Spain with a miniscule amount of swimming pools
If the water companies pulled their fingers out and invested more in repairs than paying dividends to the shareholders they would not be grasping at straws to try to save a trickle from the bans compared to gushing leaks 24 hours a day !!
