New Torrevieja Urban Bus Services - Obtaining Discounted Bus Pass

Reading comments below the post and elsewhere online, it would appear that at least two visits to the office will be required to submit the bus pass application. The form to complete does not appear to be downloadable online so requires collection at the office, and even if you go prepared with your Padron in hand and complete the form at the office, you still then need to go to the bank to make a payment and return. Hopefully only then a third visit is required to collect the bus pass.

I have been told by the Avanza assist / monitoring man at the final bus stop in Torrevieja, that they will start issuing the new bus pass cards mid October. Told me to keep checking the Avanza website for more information.
