Data only pay as as you go

When we go on holiday, normally within Spain, we usually tak a MIFI (wifi hotspot) with us in case the wifi i spotty in our accommadation.
Can anyone recommend a pay as you go sim for occasional use, that will give us enough usage for browsing and emails for two weeks, no streaming or downloads.
We have been using Lebara but they do not seem to offer a data only package.
