Water off

Hi, My daughters apartment in Entre Naranjos has had the water turned off, she pays by DD so should be no problem, does anyone know how to get this put back on and how long it takes, and does it cost? thanks

Hi i Look after my friends apartment and his water was turned off due to some banking error, he lives in Torrevieja, i went to Aqua med in the town centre, they issued me with a bill with total owed, went to the BBVA bank and paid it and then returned to the office with proof of payment and within an hour of getting home the water was on.

Thanks, she has checked her bank, it was paid in April and it says the next one is due in July this is Hydraqua, I am going to try to phone them tomorrow as non of us are in Spain.

Might seems obvious, but has anyone checked the mains valve to ensure that someone else in the apartment block has not inadvertently turned your daughters off by mistake whilst trying to locate their own ?
